Meet The Team
Steve brings more than 25 years of experience to build software that helps Mainstream clients run their businesses more efficiently. He believes the key to successful software development projects is a highly functional team and enjoys learning about a customer’s business before building software to improve it. Nothing brings Steve more joy than helping a team power through a complicated project.
Jeff leads the Software Solutions group at Mainstream, ensuring our associates have everything they need to solve various challenges for our clients. He strongly believes in the power of teamwork, transparency and a positive attitude. In his spare time, Jeff is an avid runner and he’s even completed the Boston Marathon.
Spending the majority of her career in the technology industry, Patsy handles business development and account management responsibilities at Mainstream. Her passion is learning about the business needs of our clients and assisting our team to provide customized solutions. Patsy spends her free time on Lake Ouachita with family and friends.
Grant is responsible for new business development at Mainstream, identifying various industries, stakeholders and opportunities in the private sector to expand our custom software footprint nationwide. He has more than 25 years of technical software and professional services experience across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, airports, retail, engineering and construction. Outside of the office Grant enjoys boating, biking, skiing and woodworking.
JD serves Mainstream clients by finding appropriate technology solutions for their specific needs. He advises clients and development teams about choice of platform, language and delivery mechanism, and he’s often the first technical point of contact for new clients. JD was previously lead designer and developer of a popular video game from Electronic Arts and he’s had four poems published in the Iowa Review.
